Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume launches, sales, holidays, or special events, processing times may be extended slightly. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works hard to fulfill every order with care.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance.
